（一）Mobile phones can be seen nowadays everywhere. It is of course a sign that we are better than before and it also can help a great deal in our work and life.
But, each coin has two sides. Once, I joined a friend’s party. Everyone took a phone and often played with the phone during the party, so calls and messages often bothered us. We had to answer the phone while we were eating, talking to someone else. I think the party was so boring.
In my opinion, we should use the phones properly. For example, when we join a party or have something important to do, we are supposed to hand in the phones so that they will not bother us. So, let’s use our mobile phones limitedly to keep us happy.
（二）With the development of science and technology, smart phones are more and more common in people’s daily life. It’s so convenient that people lose themselves in them. People always keep their eyes on smart phones without raising their heads for a long time. Therefore, they aren’t interested in facing to face to communicate with others.
Smart phones have made a big difference to people’s life. In my opinion, not only is it bad for people’s health but also it will make people lose their spirits and waste their time. And now people always watch or play smart phones before they go to bed or after getting up so they always feel tired when working. Some people can’t stop using smart phones and they can’t live without them. What a terrible thing! So on the one hand, I suggest that we should stay away from them. As the saying goes, old habits die hard. And on the other hand, people can read more books or do some other things to relax instead when we want to play smart phones. We may find more beauty that we never pay attention to around us.
For our health, for our future, let’s use smart phones properly and wisely.
