疑难易错点津:
1).in the end 用来表示经过许多变化、困难和捉摸不定的情况之后,某事才发生。
He tried many times to pass the examination, and in the end he succeeded.
2) at last 用来表示等候很久或耽误很长时间之后才发生,带有浓厚的感情色彩。
His chance came at last.
3) finally 用来表示顺序,引出最后一项内容,一般不带感情色彩。

knock v. 敲,敲打; knock n. 敲击声
knock down 撞到,拆毁。
Someone is knocking at the door.
These old houses are going to be knocked down.
拓展:knock into 撞到…上;
knock off 停止(工作)
knock sth. over 把某物打翻。
