一、 单元分析(Unit Analysis)
(一)单元地位(Unit Position)
1 本课中出现了很多特殊疑问句,如Why do…?/ Where will …? 等,Wh-questions在本册的Module 1,4以及Module 5的第一单元都有出现,在Module 5的第3单元也会有涉及,作为功能性语言,应用非常广泛,因此在这一课中应重点操练。
2 本课讨论重点为choosing a new flat, 在6A的教材中就有教学生描绘住家地址的话题,本单元则有进一步要求描述所住公寓结构的要求,是对以往知识的延伸和拓展。
3 本单元还有一个重点句型 would like to…,这一句型在6B Module 4 等单元先后有出现,对学生不再是新的知识点,但是教师在课堂仍然需要操练,让学生更好的复习和巩固这一功能句型。
4 本单元的86页还涉及到室内描述,运用介词beside, near, next to, in front of, opposite,between等,在8B教材中也有相关内容,学生应在本课中熟练掌握运用这些介词的用法。
6 本单元结束时,可以完成More oral practice 中的Look, think and say材料。
(二)单元目标(Unit Target)
1 运用特殊疑问词来提问。
2 运用would like to 来表达“喜好”。例如:What kind of flat would you like? I’d like a flat with…
3 运用介词表达方位,如opposite, between, near 等。
4. 运用need 表达”需要”。如:I need some more drawers and shelves./ you need bigger rooms.
(三)单元重点(Unit Points)
1 关键词:
1) 名词:balcony, estate agency, drawer, shelf(复数shelves), cupboard, sofa, armchair, rug,
removal man, helper, lorry
2) 形容词:tidy, untidy, lovely,
3) 动词: agree, put…away, pack, decide
4) 介词: opposite, between, near, in front of, next to
2 功能:
1) Wh-questions(特殊疑问句):
l Why do the Lis want to move?
l How many rooms are there in their flat?
l How many bedrooms are there?
l What kind of flat do the Lis want?
l Where will they go to find a new flat?
2) indicating preference(表达“偏好”)
l --What kind of flat would you like?
--I’d like a flat with a bigger bedroom.
l --Where would you like to live?
-- Near the sea.
l Who would like the new flat?
l Who would not like the new flat?
l Do you think Mr. Li would like to live in this new flat?
3) Showing the directions(表达方位):
l Put it near the kitchen.
l Put the cupboard next to it.
l Put the TV opposite the sofa.
l Put it between the sofa and the TV on the floor.
l Put the armchairs near the sofa and the small table in front of the sofa.
