Step 3. Work in pairs. Look at the pictures and make sentences using the words given.
Ask the students to look at the pictures in pairs and decide what parts of the story they
show.
Ask the students to use the words to write sentences about the pictures.
Step 4. Put the sentences together to make a story. Remember to use words like and, so, but, because, first, next, and then and finally.
Ask the students to write with a partner, making sure they check their passage carefully for errors.
