Step 1 准备与热身(Preparation)
What do you want to watch?
What do you think of talk show?
They’re OK .I don’t mind them.
Then let’s watch a talk show.
Step 2 呈现与输入 (Presentation)
Here is Lin Hui and Sally’s conversation about the program being shown. Listen and number the TV shows(1～5) as you hear them.
Step 3 练习与体验 (Practice)
Listen to the conversation again and complete the sentences with the words you hear.
Step 4 运用与生成 (Production)
Let’s practise the conversation about the TV shows in 2a in pairs and make your own conversations about TV shows you know.
Next we’ll check some pairs, share your opinions with your classmates.
Ask some students to role－play the conversation in 2d.

hope to do sth. 表示“希望做某事”； find out指“查明，弄清”。what’s going on 表示“发生了什么事，进展怎样”。

But you can expect to learn a lot from them.但你能期待从其中学到很多。
expect to do 期待做某事，与hope 与expect意思相近，但hope表示主观希望，expect表示期望，是客观上可以实现的。learn sth. from sth.表示“从……中学到……”
