Buster Brown was a thief — and a good one, too, he thought. He had never been caught by the police because he was always well prepared. He stood outside by the house and read the sign on the front gate of the house. “Don’t worry about the dog — be careful of the owner!” Buster smiled and found his way in.

Sometimes people think they have to choose between exercise and fun. For many people, it is more fun to watch television than to run five miles. But if you don’t exercise, your body will get unhealthy and out of shape. You will move more slowly. You may even think more slowly. But why do something that isn’t fun? John and Bobby joined a wholesale (批发) company together just after graduation from college the same year. After several years, however, the boss chose Bobby to the manager but John remained a worker.
