Ss: Yes. I do.

Step2, presentation
1. T: I like reading books. Here are some books that I have read.
Teach the names of books.
Alice in Wonderland
Treasure Island
Robinson Crusoe
Little Women
Oliver Twist
Tom Sawyer |
Ss read and learn.
2. Let Ss check the ones they know in 1a , then make conversations like:
A: Have you read…?
B: Yes, I have.
A: What’s it like ?
B: It’s interesting/ exciting /….
Step3, Listening
1. Let Ss read the chart. Play the tape.
Ss listen and write down the three books.
2. Play the tape again.
Ss listen again, check if they have read the books and what they think of them.
Check the answers. Ask Ss to read their answers in this way:

Let Ss watch the picture in 1c and guess what these books are mainly about. Play the tape.
Ss listen and check Mark or Tina.
4. 2b.
Give Ss some time to read the sentences in 2b, explain if necessary. Then Ss listen and write T or F.

Let a pair of Ss to read the conversation in 2c to the class, ask Ss to talk according to the information in 2a and 2b.
